Shipping Policy
All ready-to-post orders will be posted out via Royal Mail within 2-5 days of placing the order.

Standard delivery will be 2nd Class and Royal Mail which states its turnaround of 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer overseas postage. However, please get in touch if you would like to arrange this on a case by case basis with us.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have any questions about your order please do not hesitate to contact us at reworkedbyholly@gmail.com. We are happy to accomodate a refund on all ready-made items if contacted within 7 days of receiving your order. As a small business, the customer will be responsible for the postage of the return.
We urge you to check the measurements in the product details section of the item in order to avoid errors over fit.
